Service overview

Hiding TCG is an unofficial fan site and toolkit for trading-card games. We provide tools such as card databases, market/price references, deck builders, collections, battle/play simulators, and community deck posts. Separately, when enabled, we may sell our own fixed-price physical TCG stock on market/trade surfaces. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or official partners of any game publisher (for example Pocketpair, Bushiroad, or other rights holders whose games appear on the site).

Features may change, expand, or be limited over time. Some tools may require sign-in. Public our-stock catalog and purchase may remain gated until we enable them; enabling them does not erase the distinction between external market comps and our fixed-price sales on Trade.

Market prices (`/trade` — not our shop)

Market and price information (including `/trade`, related views, and card market panels) is reference information about collectible trading-card markets. Figures may be estimates summarized or cached from third-party marketplace data and are not official publisher prices.

These market-data features (external comps) are not operated as “mail-order sales” or “mail-order sales intermediation” under Korea’s Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. We do not accept third-party purchase/sale offers, broker third-party trades, or process payments for those comps. That characterization applies to comps — not to our fixed-price inventory sales described below (when enabled).

Displayed prices on `/trade` are not a contractual offer under the Korean Civil Act and do not by themselves form a sale contract. Any contract with an external marketplace counterparty is formed separately between you and that party.

We do not engage in “investment advisory business” or “similar investment advisory business” under Korea’s Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act with respect to financial investment products. We do not provide individualized financial or trading advice.

We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, currency, or freedom from error. Consistent with Korea’s Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising, prices are disclosed as reference estimates and are not presented as guaranteed transaction prices or returns. Shipping, taxes, and fees may be excluded; actual prices may vary by condition, printing, region, and timing.

You must verify live marketplace listings and terms before trading elsewhere, and any decision is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on market information.

Our sales on Trade (mail-order when enabled)

When public purchase is enabled, fixed-price inventory we sell on market/trade surfaces (`/trade`, card market panels) is treated as mail-order sales (통신판매) under Korea’s Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. We are the seller for those orders; this is not third-party brokerage of external comps on `/trade`.

Fulfillment is by courier / parcel delivery (택배). Checkout collects a delivery address, not in-store pickup as the primary method. Delivery personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Until catalog and/or buy features are enabled, our-stock UI may be hidden or show as preparing. Enabling public commerce requires separate operational readiness (including payment verification).

Product listings, prices, stock, shipping fees, and payment methods shown at checkout (when available) form part of the contract for that order, together with the Refund & withdrawal page (`/refund`) and any lawful notice on the product or checkout screen.

Business name, representative, business premises address, contact, and mail-order business report number (통신판매업 신고번호) are disclosed in `/refund` and/or site notices when available. Fields marked “to be registered / announced separately” are placeholders—not invented registration numbers or addresses—and will be updated when filing is complete.

Refunds, withdrawal, shipping (shop)

For shop purchases of physical TCG goods, cooling-off (청약철회), refunds, exchanges, defects, and shipping/non-delivery rules are set out in detail on the Refund & withdrawal page (`/refund`). That page is part of these Terms for shop orders.

In summary (see `/refund` for full text): withdrawal is generally available within seven (7) days of receipt under the E-Commerce Act unless a statutory exception applies (for example opened sealed packs where resale value is substantially lost). Change-of-mind returns are handled by return / recovery shipping (회수 배송), usually at the buyer’s cost; seller-fault defects or misdelivery are handled at our cost after verification.

Exact timelines, condition grades, and any product-specific lawful notices at purchase control together with `/refund`. Confirm current business information and concrete conditions in site notices and the business-information section.

Battle / play simulator

Battle and play simulator features are unofficial tools intended to help users learn and practice game rules and deck play online. They are fan-made references and are not an official product, tournament client, or substitute authorized by any rights holder.

Card names, artwork, logos, rule text, and other game materials remain the property of their respective copyright and trademark owners (and other rights holders). Display or use of such materials on the simulator does not transfer any rights to you or to us, and does not mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders.

If we receive a rights-holder request, become aware of an intellectual-property dispute, or reasonably determine that continued operation creates legal or operational risk, we may restrict, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the simulator (including related data or access) without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for how you use the simulator. For official events, competitive rulings, or commercial use, follow the rights holders’ official materials and policies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on simulator behavior, rule approximations, or unavailability of the feature.

Accounts

Public registration uses Google OAuth (Google sign-in). You must use an account you are authorized to use and keep your access secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including decks and deck posts you create or publish. If you believe your account was used without permission, contact us using the email listed in the site footer.

You must meet the minimum age described in our Privacy Policy (generally 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not create an account if you are under that age.

User content and deck posts

You may save decks privately and, where the product allows, publish deck posts for others to view. Published posts may include deck lists, titles, notes, and similar text you provide.

You retain whatever rights you have in your own original text and deck-list arrangements. By publishing, you grant Hiding TCG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the service (and in related caches or backups) so we can operate community features.

Card names, artwork, logos, and other game materials belong to their respective publishers and rights holders. Showing card images or data in decks does not transfer publisher IP to you or to us. Do not claim ownership of publisher materials.

Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, spam, malware, or that infringes others’ rights (including copying someone else’s guide or deck write-up without permission where that would violate applicable law).

We may edit, hide, or remove user content—including deck posts—when we believe it violates these Terms, harms others, or is needed to operate or protect the service. We are not obligated to pre-screen every post.

Acceptable use

Use the service only in lawful ways. Do not attempt to break authentication, scrape in a way that harms the service, overload our systems, impersonate others, or use the site to distribute malware or scams.

Do not use automated means to mass-create accounts or mass-publish posts without our permission.

Disclaimers

Except for mandatory consumer protections that apply to shop sales, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete card data, tournament-legal accuracy, market-price accuracy, or completeness of simulator rules or behavior.

Game rules, card text, and images belong to their publishers. Hiding TCG is unofficial. Verify official sources for competitive use. For third-party marketplaces, verify live listings before any purchase or sale. For our shop, rely on the listing and checkout terms for that order plus `/refund`.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on community content, market estimates, simulator results, third-party links, or service interruptions. Shop refund and delivery remedies remain as stated in `/refund` and applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access—including accounts and published posts—if you violate these Terms or if we need to shut down or restructure part of the service.

After termination, we may keep or delete account and content data as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed for security, legal, or operational reasons. Completed shop orders remain subject to refund and retention rules required by law.

We may update these Terms. When we do, the announcement date and effective date above will be revised. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Counsel review is recommended before enabling public shop purchase.
